All the services available at Creativewise Entertainment Pvt Ltd website are carried out for the clients after extensive project analysis using a complete scope document. It ensures full understanding of the work and almost no possibilities of any project cancellation, reversal, or dispute. However, any refund and service cancellation takes place abiding by a set of conditions.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Request Window

B2B and B2C clients can place a cancellation order for a particular service within 7-10 days of service agreement via the prescribed cancellation form available on our website.

2. Promotional Offers

No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions such as Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year. These are limited edition offers and hence any range of refund would not be possible.

3. Payment Default

A service stands canceled if the next payment is not received within 7 working days from the due date.

Cancellation Process

To cancel a service, please follow these steps:

1. Access the cancellation form available on our website
2. Fill in all required details including your order number, service details, and reason for cancellation
3. Submit the form within 7-10 days of the service agreement
4. Our team will review your cancellation request and respond within 24-48 hours
5. Upon approval, the cancellation will be processed according to our refund policy terms

Important Notes

• Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case even if the cancellation is posted within 12 hours
• Every service offered by us takes a different course of action to get accomplished from start to end, thus cancellation and refund policies differ from one service to another
• There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, cancellation may not be possible for work already completed
• No cancellation is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges
• Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund
• No cancellation will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Conditions section
• There is no cancellation policy for services placed under same-day delivery
